Direct and indirect support for university student clubs focused on project management.
A student club within the PMI WDC chapter designed for student leaders across the DMV area to participate.
Event curation of our signature event, University Project Management Talks sponsored by PMIWDC.
Project Management Institute Washington DC (PMIWDC) Chapter partners with local universities to bring our chapter events to university students, young professionals, and our members in Washington, DC on a quarterly basis. Both Members and Non-Members are welcome to join us for the best speakers and networking the Washington DC area has to offer!
The presentations are educational and informative, targeted towards project management professionals, corporate and government leaders, and students looking to step into the field of project management. In every event, three speakers present on topics related to a specific area of the PMI Talent Triangle - Ways of Working, Power Skills, and Business Acumen. There will be opportunity for networking and a panel Q&A. This approach allows participants to enhance their skills in each of these areas in one night!
