Kate served as a senior manager at the US Department of Housing and Urban Development at the time of her Federal retirement. She served as a line manager and had key responsibility for several transformation projects. Her later work for private sector companies was as program and project manager.
More recently, Kate has headed her own company for 10 years, consulting and coaching in leadership, communication, planning and organization effectiveness. She holds a MS in Organization Development and a coaching certification by the International Coach Federation.
Kate's workshops usually explore an aspect of communication and team development. And, although not achievable in a one-hour webinar, she brings an experiential approach to learning experiences.
