About the Program

As we migrate to more and more organizations adopting Agile, there's a sense that risk management may be left behind (or incorporated as a part of the Agile equation). Carl Pritchard takes a look at the integration of risk into the Agile space, and examines the heightened importance of tolerances, thresholds, and triggers. He also begins the conversation about using the classic quantification tools (like Monte Carlo) and applying risk responses in an Agile-aware environment.
