About the Presentation

While stress is a part of most people’s lives, today’s economy has intensified stress at work. Project managers are forced to do more with less. Projects are expected to be delivered on time and within budget but with fewer human resources. What are the impacts of stress on your mental, emotional and physical health and well-being? Do you feel there aren’t enough hours in the day to complete your tasks? Are you always rushing to catch up, often at your family’s expense? How long has it been since you’ve had personal quality time for yourself? How can you create more life-balance so that you stress less and enjoy life more?

Join keynote speaker Sheila Savar in this presentation where you’ll learn:
  • The real impact of stress on your mental, emotional and physical well-being
  • The true source of most stress and what you can do about it
  • 5 Easy Stress Management Strategies that work
