About the Presentation

Project Risk Management in an Agile Environment

Risk management is one of the most critical areas of project management and yet it is often overlooked or undervalued – until it’s too late! While many project managers are reliant on the organization to account for risk through the implementation of contingency based on a percentage of the total budget and/or schedule, this does not allow adequate flexibility within the project manager’s control. In other words, for every change, the project manager must go to management to implement contingency.

Join Lisa and Dave for a lively and interactive discussion about the importance of the risk identification process and discover a dynamic method of calculating contingency that enables flexibility within the project management process.
