About the Program

Our military careers supply a wealth of experiences to apply to project management. While technical skills are very important in gaining a project management certification, there are additional skills that veterans bring to project management worth emphasizing. These skills are often referred to as "soft skills". There are many soft skill traits. Some soft skills highly desired for project management are dependability, integrity, initiative, and adaptability.

This workshop will provide understanding of project management soft skills, how to identify applicable skills that veterans bring to the table, as well as considerations for current veterans in project management to flex or invigorate.
