About the Presentation

Elected Federal political positions change every 2, 4, or 6 years, but the country must continue to effectively operate to keep the citizens safe and prosperous. One of the key areas that support a functioning US economy is the Federal Grant programs that total nearly one-third of the annual US budget. So how is this managed and what has changed over time to ensure the proper use and effectiveness of these federal funds. Steve will review this changing environment and how it either is or could be properly managed with the right processes and oversight.
