About the Event

Today, the empowered customer expects high-value and meaningful experiences across digital channels. As a result, companies all across the world are immersed in digital initiatives that are competing on time to market. The need for rigorous program management is higher now, more than ever before. However, it is becoming increasingly difficult for program managers to lead without having full visibility into “what” they are building. This session presents tools, techniques and processes to help program managers lead ideation of the right solutions before following through with the triple constraint of delivery.

Some key takeaways from this session:

  1. Understanding the value of the ever-changing customer journey
  2. Key techniques to correctly build impactful digital experiences
  3. The value of design thinking and iteration
