About the Program

During this presentation, Lisa and Dave will offer a brief exploration of acceptable and effective ways to embrace the challenge of having difficult conversations. You’ll understand how to challenge others when you encounter various behavioral situations. Practice confronting without confrontation and disagreeing without being disagreeable.

Conflict avoidance can lead to a decline in overall team performance, therefore it is critically important to be able to effectively address issues as they arise.

Join Lisa and Dave for a brief exploration of acceptable and effective ways to embrace the challenge of having difficult conversations.
