About the Webinar

As trained project managers, we frequently forget how project management basics can help us get ahead in life - whether at home, in graduate school, or coordinating our social life. This webinar will show you how to use a project management toolkit outside of work and reap the benefits. We will focus on the three areas that we do naturally at work, but tend to neglect in day-to-day life:

  • Creating a timeline – determining milestones
  • RACI matrix – distributing responsibility
  • Project close out and review – facilitating feedback without severing ties
Special Instructions:

Details on joining the webinar will be included in the confirmation email sent immediately upon registering.
