About the Program

Rich and meaningful communication can do more than report status—it can smooth resistance, improve decision making, and build trust among stakeholders. But a basis communication plan -- who, what, when – is not always enough. This presentation will discuss how to develop a communications strategy designed around a strong project narrative and disciplined messaging and how to execute the strategy to improve stakeholder relationships and drive successful project outcomes.
