About the Seminar

Government Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs), Multiple Agency Contracts (MACs) and Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQs) - Most companies struggle with at least one aspect of a Project/Program Management Office (PMO) implementation. This session provides insights into:

  1. How to launch a PMO. Includes the contract kickoff, a schedule of deliverables/Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), program management plan, and subcontractor management.
  2. IDIQ management. There are thousands of facets of a contract that need to be managed to ensure high performance and full compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
  3. Part of the responsibility of the PMO is to win task orders. What's the point of a contract vehicle if you don't win any work? This section includes opportunity identification, qualification, customer positioning, and competitive analysis.

He identified new opportunities, led bid/no-bid decisions and gate reviews, and held primary responsibility for company-wide B&P pipeline.

At Red River, Mr. Nusbaum led program management for 13 major Federal programs including DHS FirstSource II, VA CEC, Navy SeaPort-E and AF NETCENTS 2.
