About the Presentation
Do you ship buggy products? Have you experienced a culture where people think, "It's not my job." Do you struggle with influencing individuals, teams and management to embrace practices that produce quality products? We are going to run an exercise that highlights advantages to adopt testing as early as possible in a project and what happens when you don't. We will also talk about recommended approaches to bring testing earlier into the project timeline.
