About the Program

When teams get stuck on complex problems, it can torpedo a project’s success. Using games at work, however, can get teams thinking about problems in new ways, bring hidden ideas to the forefront, and get them quickly moving in the right direction. This session will incorporate a number of fun, interactive games to show the power of how games can enliven and empower a team to think in different ways, solve their own problems in hours not days, and dramatically increase cohesiveness and trust between team members.
