About the Webinar

Many project managers think that executives don't give them the respect and recognition they deserve. That's because executives often believe project managers "lack perspective." (In other words, the project manager doesn't have the same perspective as the executive.) This webinar explores the executive perspective about projects and how, when project managers understand that perspective, they can more effectively interact and communicate with executives who are key stakeholders of their projects.
