Participants will learn how a coach approach can lead to greater influence and effectiveness. Using a case study, participants will experience the difference between telling and asking, and will be able to use a simple coaching model to build influence and results.

About the Speakers
Holly Williams is the Founder and President for MAGUS Group Coaching. She has just published a book titled BEING COACHED: Group and Team Coaching from the Inside.
Holly’s background includes leadership experience in Fortune 50 Technology firms, as well as setting up business training programs as well as business development. She brings more than 20 years of leadership experience as a Group and Executive Coach to her clients. Holly took her MBA at George Washington University, completed the Georgetown coaching program in 2006, and joined its faculty in 2011. She coaches clients at Capital One, Freddie Mac, UBS, DuPont, QIAGEN, and other financial services firms through her company MAGUS Group.
About the Loudoun Community
PMIWDC is pleased to announce a new Community in Loudoun County: PMIWDC - LC! PMIWDC’s Loudoun luncheons are a series of free brown bag luncheons hosted at the REI Systems Headquarters, 45335 Vintage Park Plaza, Sterling, VA 20166, conveniently located near the intersection of Route 28 and Route 606, north of the Dulles Airport. The Loudoun Community Luncheons are held every second Monday of the month, unless posted otherwise. In the event of a holiday, the luncheon will be on the third Monday. (Pre-registration is recommended). PMIWDC – Loudoun Community’s goal is to provide members with a convenient forum for learning, discussion and knowledge exchange. The Luncheons will feature presentations by guest speakers who are PMI-recognized thought leaders, educators and Subject Matter Experts.
