About the Program

Motivating Team members is no mean feat. It’s not easy when the projects we are facing are administratively heavy, challenging, or just plain daunting. And yet, we’re charged with getting team members to buy into, accept and ultimately deliver on our organization’s efforts. There are ways to identify specific behaviors among your peers and your team members that will energize and excite them and will open the doors for you to feel better about the work you’re doing and how it’s getting done. Carl Pritchard talks through motivators from T-Shirts to Team-Building, and speaks to how the PM Tools can actually be a major key to effective motivation.
