About the Presentation

"Managing the TEAM," by Tina Taylor

Even the best project managers find that leading project teams can be both rewarding and challenging. This seminar provides several proven tools and techniques to aid project managers in their quest to effectively manage the project team. We will review practical ways to motivate team members, manage conflict and appreciate personal differences within the team. We will also discuss common management pitfalls to avoid. This session is designed to engage the participants and offer solutions to typical team management challenges.

Conference center can be directly and quickly accessed from the Metro's (Silver Line) Greensboro Station stop. Covered garage parking will NOT be validated as before, but parking is free in the above ground parking lot next to the building marked as 'Event Parking.'

In this role, Tina combines her many years of operational experience and business acumen to develop effective solutions for the company’s partners and clients.
Tina’s diverse leadership background includes roles in Program/Project Management, Operations, Strategy, Marketing and Customer Support among others. Her educational credentials include a MBA and a BS degree in Industrial Engineering.
