In the presentation, Dominic Lepore will provide a series of quick tips that will improve the performance of any project or any project management organization. These quick tips come from both project management research and from personal experience. This presentation is guaranteed to change your project performance.

About the Speaker
Dominic Lepore, PMP
Dominic Lepore, PMP, has over 20 years’ experience implementing new processes and systems to improve business operations. He is an expert in all aspects of project management, including scope, schedule and cost management techniques. After working as a management consultant for one of the Big Four consulting firms, Dominic started Terrapin Consulting in 2003 to focus on helping organizations improve IT and project performance. Dominic is also an adjunct professor for Georgetown University’s Technology Management and Systems Engineering Management master’s degree programs. Dominic is the 2019 Chief Executive Officer for PMIWDC.
He earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland and an M.S. in Information Systems from the Stevens Institute of Technology.
