What is the difference between people who fail and those that succeed? The research from the last 30 years suggests that it’s not education, training, or experience. Resilience (the ability to bounce back and forward) helps people cope with adversity and thrive with uncertainty and change. And, the good news is that all of us can learn to be more resilient.
Doug Hensch is an executive coach, group facilitator and consultant with over 20 years of experience. Doug had the pleasure of working with some of the best-known psychologists in the world while running a web-based startup that touched the lives of hundreds of thousands of people and was featured in Time magazine, CNN and other major media outlet. He lives in Leesburg, VA, has a wide range of clients and spends his free time coaching his two sons and learning Gracie Jiu-Jitsu.
