About the Program
A key agile premise for folks at Berkana Enterprise Consulting--encapsulated in our name--is that no two agile implementations are alike--and that's a good thing! Variability in product and project delivery provides room for the innovation needed to continuously improve. That premise also accounts for the reason agile is based on the evolutionary process improvements of lean manufacturing--as described by "The Toyota Way" where resulting improvements are meant only for Toyota. So what will work for your company? Some agilists might have you believe that any deviation from strict rules of many agile methods is VERBOTEN! Not so--as many practitioners also appropriately refer to these approaches as 'merely' frameworks. Still, what can you modify within those agile frameworks to meet the needs of your project teams while remaining lean and agile? Come join us to find out!
Free parking will be available.
