About the Program

This session will focus on three different projects and their project charters. The presentation will cover and answer the following questions: 1. What were the lessons learned from each project? 2. Does a great project charter always lead to a great outcome? 3. Is it possible to work without a project charter? Developing a Project Charter presentation, will focus on several projects from beginning to end, describing project initiation, collecting data about the subject and the creation of the final product. To illustrate how projects get from start to finish, Ms. Hoekstra will describe how she produce a video for a senior executives. The video is currently being used by the airlines. Ms. Hoeksta will also provide the participants with “nuggets” used to start projects. There will be time after the presentation for Questions and Answers.
