About the Presentation

Join PMIWDC Chair Kendall Lott for a peek into an under served market, the Non-Profit organization. Beyond finding funding, these organizations are in need for services that improve their mission delivery, help them work more efficiently (the triple constraint) and allow them to know when the have reached “done.” Project Management can help, but the non-profits are hampered by the lack of capacity to even ask for the service, much less pick up the skills directly—we have to reach out! Past getting a glimpse and an understanding of why project managers can be important in this market, find out how you can be part of a history making event that will improve non-profit success while highlighting the value of the skills we PMs bring to bear on problems and on driving change.
