About the Program

Lowest Price, Technical Acceptable (LPTA) contracting has introduced uncertainty for the federal government and government contractors. Does the procurement approach stifle innovation, drive down prices, or limit delivery quality? Is LPTA being used for the wrong types of procurements? Are agencies fully informed about related policies and budget procedures? How does this impact the biggest buyer of them all, the Department of Defense? What has been your experience? Join us for an insightful discussion facilitated by Mr. Dave Drabkin, Director of Contracts for Northrop Grumman Corporation.
