About the Program

When describing someone that we have worked with, we may say “They are a great leader” … “One of the best managers I have worked for.” What does this really mean by saying these two words…leader and manager. What do you want to be -- a Leader, Manager, or Both? In this presentation we will discuss how we each define the qualities, characteristics, and responsibilities of a leader and a manager. We will discuss strategies to grow your leadership and management skills and how that can result in building a cohesive team and improving customer service and deliverables.
