About the Presentation
Agile has been proven to deliver speed and other benefits at the project level, and as a result many organizations are now looking to apply it across their IT project portfolios. However, Agile was never designed as a PMO or Portfolio Management framework, so Agile practitioners have invented ways to apply Agile thinking at the portfolio level, with varying degrees of success. This webinar introduces a proven, highly effective framework for project portfolio management called Critical Chain, and integrates Agile and Lean in new ways to optimize both project-level and portfolio-level performance. The result is a dramatic jump in both portfolio throughput (completed projects) and reliability (minimizing project failures). We then take it a step further to show how both Agile and non-Agile projects can be managed in the same portfolio under this single unifying framework.
Details on joining the webinar will be included in the confirmation email sent immediately upon registering.
