How do you rate yourself in being able to evaluate the performance of your project objectively?  This means that you are “not influenced by personal feelings or opinions in considering and representing facts”.  When you ask your customer to complete a past performance questionnaire, what are the results? Quality and performance are key success factors. During this presentation, we will discuss ways on how you can conduct your own independent assessment of your project.
