There are many different analogies that can be used to describe high performing teams. This presentation describes how building and leading great project teams is like running a major league baseball organization. The author draws parallels between the two types of organizations and describes the similarities in the responsibilities between three key groups: individual contributors, management, and ownership.
The M2D2 event is free of charge and open to all interested PMs. Preregistration is required. Metro Accessible via Smithsonian Station. Government ID or Photo ID is required to enter the facility. This is a brown bag luncheon. Guests are asked to bring their lunch or visit the on site cafeteria.
