A set of core values can be a basis for making good decisions and interacting with your clients, project stakeholders and team members in a positive way.

Does your company have a set of core values?  Adopting a set of simple but strong core values could create an environment to support successful project management. This presentation will demonstrate through examples how values that support client focused delivery, creativity, leadership, openness, people growth, and relationships can create a recipe for successful project management.
