Project Managers and their team members face mental blocks for a variety of reasons.  These mental blocks hamper decision making and hence, productivity.  This presentation will focus on the various reasons why people have mental blocks, and what can be done to overcome them.  This will an informative session and will encourage active audience participation.

About the Speaker

Trig Ghosh, CSM, PMP

Trig is a Manager at Accenture Federal Services, and works in the IT Healthcare industry. Prior to this role, Trig has worked on IT projects in the areas of computer design and graphics, and finance for more than 12 years. Trig completed his graduate studies from the University of Arizona, where he received an excellence award for teaching undergraduate students.
