About the Program

Improving Quality Within Your Project Teams and Organizations

The speakers will provide a roadmap that identifies implementing Quality processes, practices, and a framework that can add value to project teams.

Quality is a key area often overlooked until the end product is completed and delivered but by then corrective actions are too late and reputations are tarnished. It’s important to identify, understand, and communicate the key steps of Quality to your teams and customers.  Quality can mean different things to many people depending on the industry, culture, and environment. Let them help you develop your Quality recipe while ensuring the necessary ingredients are included. They will also discuss how the CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) framework can improve the area of Quality within projects.

Examples on how quality has made projects and programs better, will be reviewed. Key steps and activities that are needed to simplify Quality approach will be provided. Also, how CMMI can assist in achieving significant improvements within the area of Quality will be discussed.
