About the Presentation

New Year = New Goals; What are you doing to ensure you succeed?

Achieving company-wide goals through large change programs is hard.  Often it’s not because we haven’t been trained on what we “should be doing”, but instead, it’s because we “don’t do” the things we’ve been taught.  Also, have you ever said to yourself that change would be a lot easier if you just didn’t have to deal with people in order to get it done?  The truth is that achieving big impacts is hard, but there are proven approaches that work.  And people should not be the detriment of huge success, but instead the end of huge success.

This presentation will present five key areas in implementing change that are critical to program success.  The presenter will touch on the appropriate approaches in each area, but more importantly talk from experience about the best practices and pitfalls that occur when you go from text book, to the real world scenarios.  The presentation will also take a look at identifying and teaming with the right people that are necessary if you are going to achieve success.

About the Speaker

Mr. Steve Malinchock

As a professional Change Agent, Mr. Steve Malinchock is passionate about two things in his work:

  1. Implementing change that makes a real impact in an organization’s goals, and
  2. Delivering that change with people who are at their greatest potential when doing it.

For maximum results in your programs you need the correct approach at each step and the correct person to carry it out.  Mr. Malinchock began his career as a large system implementation consultant with Accenture, moved to the front lines of Customer Service delivery in the managed operations space, and then managed the Sun Microsystems global “Change Agent” team, implementing new process, technology, and people changes across Sun’s global Service Delivery Organizations.  As a Business Development Associate with Infinitive, a DC based program management and process engineering consultancy, Mr. Malinchock is now using his experience to help companies meet and exceed their program goals.
