About the Program

Many Project Managers have no formal process for conflict management and their team will handle conflict.  Without one, it is nearly impossible to sustain a High Performance Team (HPT) for very long.  This high energy presentation will focus on two specific tools that will help Project Managers be more deliberate about how they manage conflict before it happens and how to address it with the team to ensure higher levels of collaboration. Dave will motivate, challenge and encourage participants to use these tools immediately.
