About the Speaker:

Mr. David Offenkrantz

David Offenkrantz is President-Elect of the Washington DC Chapter of PMI. Prior to this role, he has served as a Director-At-Large on the Governance Board, the Chair of the PMintheAM Quarterly Breakfast Meetings in Downtown DC, and as the VP of Membership for two terms.

In addition to his PMIWDC volunteer duties, Mr. Offenkrantz is a Program Manager with RightNow Technologies with program oversight responsibilities for several large Federal contracts. He has worked in similar capacities for CSC and EMC in the Federal arena. Prior to coming over the government contracting, Mr. Offenkrantz ran large complex software and hardware integration projects for CapitalOne, Nortel Networks and AOL.

Mr. Offenkrantz earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Marymount University and a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from ESI & George Washington University. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Wisconsin.
