About the Program

Agile Engineering
From a Manager's Perspective

What are the most important agile engineering practices (tailored to a non-developer audience), what benefits does each one bring to a manager, what are some barriers to adoption for each practice and how can those barriers be overcome.

This will be of special interest to those in the audience who may be looking for support for communicating the benefits of an Agile approach to their management team.
