About the Program

The 7th Dimension of Project Management

In this presentation Michael will examine, the risks in project management. Michael will share techniques for understanding project threats and opportunities, including new risk response strategies to taking the understanding of project risk to new levels.

Comparison to classical risk management, where probabilities are known and where impacts can always be turned into a dollar figure will be discussed. If you're a week late (or early) with your project, what does that mean? On some projects, this could be a catastrophe. On others, the damage could be negligible.

How project risk follows the Triple Constraints, the interplay of time, cost and performance that defines the universe of your project will be explain.
