About the Program

Jim will provide suggestions on how processes, people, measurements and leadership can assist the Project Manager in improving the projects results. With over 30 years in managing projects in the commercial and government sectors, Mr. Litchko will demonstrate what works and what does not in each location. Also for those Project Managers with joint efforts, contractor and government employees, Jim will provide a prospective of how to resolve differences.

About the Speaker

Jim Litchko, has experiences as a program manager and executive in the government and commercial industry, career Naval Officer and student of Ken Blanchard, Ph.D., author of The One-Minute Manager®. With 30 years program manager experience, he will augment his rules with real world stories. Jim is the author of five books on organization, management and security and has been an adjunct professor at Johns Hopkins University and a member of the National Speakers Association.
