PMIWDC Announces the 2010 Academic Scholarship Program Winner - Jamie Willson

The Project Management Institute, Washington, DC Chapter (PMIWDC) is pleased to announce that Ms. Jamie Willson is the winner of the PMIWDC 2010 Academic Scholarship. Ms. Willson has held several positions as senior project control engineer and currently is employed with National Security Technologies. She is currently seeking a Masters in Business Administration with an emphasis in Project Management at George Mason University. Ms. Willson is a PMI member and holds the PMP Certification, Certified Cost Consultant Certification and is a Project Scheduling Professional.

The PWIWDC Academic Scholarship was created to promote and further academic and professional development education in project management. It provides the recipient a total of $2000 for pursuing a for-credit education in project management at one of the following institutions: University of Maryland, University of Virginia, Virginia Tech, The George Washington University, American University, or George Mason University. The scholarship is administered through PMI's Educational Foundation.
