Paul Rondeau
About the Program: Selling Yourself and Selling Your Ideas: The Critical Nature Emotional Intelligence
The art of persuasion goes back to the founding of western democracy. Great ideas and great products—including when that product is you—don’t get buy-in unless people understand how you meet their needs. Emotional intelligence, which can be learned, is now know to be a critical factor in successful leaders. This intensive introduction to communicating persuasively and maintaining your emotional intelligence along the way will give power to your “communication relationships.” Remember: Being right is not enough to win. People don’t buy the best ideas presented; they buy the ideas presented the best.

Why do some prospects, clients, coworkers energize you while others deplete?
These questions are
answered
in this interactive presentation by facilitator Sheila Savar, where
