PM in the AM Hosts Sellout "Agile v. PMBOK" Event

The Summer 2009 "PM in the AM" breakfast lecture at the National Press Club sold out a week early.

The topic that touched such a nerve? "Agile or PMBOK--You Can Have Both" with David Sides of ESI.

Attendees learned how both traditional and Agile methods and techniques compliment each other, when to use traditional vs. Agile methods, and how to use "Achieved Value" (AV) instead of "Earned Value" (EV) to measure the value of project delivery.

The next PM in the AM event is September 23rd at the Press Club. Hope to see you there!  For more information, and a copy of David Sides' presentation, visit www.pmiwdc.org/PM-AM
