We are looking for host sites for our PMP and CAPM Exam Preparation classes. Classes typically take place on Saturdays. Host companies are provided three free seats in the class in return for providing:

Conference room with accommodations for up to 40 people
Proximity to the beltway or central metropolitan location
Ready access to parking
Kitchenette or similar facilities for refreshments and lunch
Production of student notebooks (master copy provided by chapter)
Computer with LCD projector, flip charts, whiteboard, and markers
Cart or similar equipment to facilitate moving education materials to the site
Point of contact for planning classes, and who will be available at all class times (for handling questions on security, facilities, etc.)
