Why You Should Become an Event Sponsor
As a sponsor, you will be putting your company name, products, and services in front of the area’s premier current and future business leaders. Our membership consists of a wide array of project professionals and executives that represent a broad base of industries, and our website and educational events collectively reach over 40,000 local project managers each year.
PMIWDC's programs attract
hundreds of local PMs every monthAs an event sponsor you will have direct, face-to-face access to attendees at our events. These sponsorships are an excellent choice for organizations that want to develop new sales leads or make a lasting impression on potential customers.

Event Sponsorship Programs
PMIWDC offers dozens of free and low-cost events throughout the year. Sponsorships are available for all of these programs. But, only the for-cost flagship programs are described here.
If you would like to sponsor one of the dozens of free local community meetings, please contact us for more details. The frequency and schedule of these meetings changes from time to time, so the sponsorship costs are not fixed. If you would like to provide meeting space for a local community meeting please consider our corporate volunteer program.
Fairview Park Dinner
PMIWDC's Fairview Park Dinner is the largest recurring gathering of project managers and PMOs in the DC area. Between 300 and 450 project managers meet on the 3rd Tuesday of each month in Tyson's Corner for networking and education. The dinner is always accompanied by additional free educational programs, such as PM Tools, Leadership Training Sessions, and Member Orientations that draw several hundred more attendees beyond those attending the dinner.

PM in the A.M. Breakfast Meeting
PM in the AM is PMIWDC's series of quarterly executive breakfast meetings in the District. P.M. in the A.M. series features cutting-edge speakers, good food and great opportunities for connecting with other PMs, all in a no-nonsense format designed especially for a busy PM's midweek schedule. The breakfasts average 100 attendees and begin promptly at 8:00 am at the National Press Club in downtown Washington.

Crystal City Dinner
PMIWDC's Crystal City Dinner is our newest large event, and our first metro accessible major evening program. The format is similar to the Fairview Park Dinner programs.

Networking Programs
PMIWDC's bi-monthly social networking events, now referred to as PM After Hours, are a forum to connect project management professionals in an informal setting in the Washington, D.C. area. PM After Hours average 50 attendees and are evening events typically starting at 5:00 pm. They are located in various locations in Northern Virginia to accommodate members throughout the area.
