About the Chapter to Chapter Program
The PMIWDC Chapter-To-Chapter program is focused on establishing and maintaining a series of relationships between our Chapter and other chapters outside of the United States. These relationships are built to be mutually beneficial and typically include exchanging speakers, exchanging members and sharing information.
We seek value from this program by fostering the development of relationships that advance the project management profession and by engaging and energizing our Chapter membership.
Strategic Alliances
PMI Washington, DC Chapter will form alliances with other organizations to promote, advance and reinforce professional project management practices and principles.
Our vision is to foster an environment that enriches the approach to project management and provides value to its membership founded on the unified principles and practices of PMI.

ABPMP is a non-profit, vendor independent professional organization dedicated to the advancement of business process management concepts and its practices.
International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA)
The International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) DC Metropolitan chapter exists to champion and give voice to the profession of business analysis; to educate their members and those who use their services; and to advance their professional standing by participating in a rigorous program of national certification.

About the High School Outreach Program
High School Outreach Committee
The High School Outreach Committee was formed to develop and manage an outreach program to inform students in local high schools about project management as an interesting and rewarding career. This is accomplished through formal and/or information presentations to students at the school facility and providing PMI approved literature to guidance counselors, faculty and the student body about the project management profession.
