Chapter Bylaws

Project Management Institute, Washington, D.C. Chapter

Bylaws

(Adopted by  01/01/09)

The revised chapter bylaws have been accepted overwhelmingly by vote of the membership and will be formally effective January 1, 2009. Thank you to all who participated in the growth and guidance of the PMIWDC Chapter by exercising your voting privilege. These revised bylaws enable greater member participation in running for and serving on the chapter Board, and will provide more opportunities for members to serve on committees, earn PDU’s, and help the chapter meet their professional needs.

The nominating and voting process for Boar positions that will take place this Summer and Fall will conform to the structure provided by the revised bylaws. In the interim, your Board of Directors will be transitioning to the new governance structure to ensure a seamless flow at the beginning of next year.
