PMIWDC has designed Career Day to reach out and connect highly qualified and PMP certified project managers with the premier employers in the area. Vendors who market programs and products to the project management profession will find the event an excellent venue for showcasing their offerings to chapter members.

Gold: $2500: Limited availability

700 square-foot breakout room for a half-day, from either 8.00am to 11.30am or 1:00pm to 4.30pm (Room for 20-80 guests, depending on your choice of setup.)

Platinum: $4000

700 square-foot breakout room all day from 8.00am to 5.30pm. (Room for 20-80 guests, depending on your choice of setup. Room opens for setup at 7:30am)

Benefits before the event

From date of registration through October 15, 2009

Choice of location in the exhibit hall – first come first serve (after registration)
Name listing in the PMIWDC newsletter and any communications about career day. Distribution list - over 20,000 recipients.
Name listing on the PMIWDC career day website. PMIWDC webpage receives over 3,000 visits per day
Name listing at on announcement slide at each PMIWDC monthly dinner meeting until the day of the event.
Access to registrant’s resumes to employers prior to the event. This will enable employers to contact individuals to schedule interviews according to their mutual interests.

Benefits during the event

Exhibit hall opened from 8 am to 5:30 pm. Access for setup will begin at 7:30 am.
Four half hour breaks scheduled when participants can interact with employers/vendors
Free wireless (bring your network card to access the internet)
Continental breakfast and box lunch for two
Free parking and metro accessible location
Name listing in the event program
