About Career Day
Providing chapter members, employers and vendors with an exceptional networking opportunity designed to match the interests, skills and experiences of our members to the needs of the employers. Whether you are one of PMIWDC's over 8,500 members, or one of the over 2,500 area employers who employ them, PMIWDC's Career Day is the ideal forum to match quality people with quality companies.
PMIWDC has designed Career Day to reach out and connect highly qualified and PMP certified project managers with the premier employers in the area. Along with the opportunity to meet some of the area’s most dynamic employers, the PMIWDC will also be providing a diverse selection of educational programs throughout the day to help you sharpen your skills and earn up to 6 PDUs.
Don’t forget to post your resume to the PMIWDC Job Board prior to the event – employers attending career day will have access to this board to be able to identify candidates they would like to connect with.
You will also have the opportunity to connect with vendors offering programs and products to project management professionals will find the event an excellent venue for showcasing their offerings to chapter members.

Walk-In Registration Instructions:
Limited walk-in registrations may be available for guests who could not purchase tickets in advance.
To attend as a walk-in, please visit us at the Fairview Park Marriott on the day of the event. You will be admitted the the event if space is available.
Walk-in registration cost is $90 per person.

Getting There
Public Transport
Closest Metro station is Dunn Loring, on the Orange Line. The Metro stop is 2 miles away from the hotel.
From the Dunn Loring station, take metrobus #1B towards Ballston to reach the hotel.
Be sure to check the WMATA trip planner before you leave, so that you can plan alternate routes in case of service outages.
Driving
The hotel is just off Route 50 via the Fairview Park Drive South exit.
Follow the signs to the Marriott and Marriott parking.
There is complimentary on-site parking at the hotel.
