Please join us to see how you can use Project Management Institute practices and processes to prepare for and execute high impact sales and business development engagements. This workshop will use a practical exercise to discover how project management and business development/sales leading practices intersect.
Effective communication, in general: audience, media / message, attention vs. "noise", etc.
