Project Managers and their team members face mental blocks for a variety of reasons. These mental blocks hamper decision making and hence, productivity. This presentation will focus on the various reasons why people have mental blocks, and what can be done to overcome them. This will an informative session and will encourage active audience participation.

About the Speaker

Triguna Ghosh, PMP

Trig is a Senior Consultant at CGI Federal in Fairfax, Virginia, and manages several healthcare applications for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). Prior to joining CGI, Trig has worked on IT projects in the areas of computer design and graphics, and finance for more than 12 years. Trig completed his MS in Engineering Mechanics from the University of Arizona, and received an excellence award for teaching undergraduate students. Trig is an active member of Toastmasters International, where he has held offices, mentored new speakers and represented his clubs at several District level speech contests.

PMIWDC's free monthly brown bag luncheons in Fair Lakes Virginia, hosted by Avaya Government Solutions.
