Program Description
Planning & Scheduling Your Next Project
Most, if not all of us have created and used a project schedule. Some of us may have experienced the pleasure of having a solid schedule, while others toiled with a poorly prepared schedule where rebaselining became the norm. Those of us that have fallen into schedule churn may have asked what went wrong. Those who experienced having a solid schedule may have asked yourself was it luck?
In either case, we all strive for and desire tools that make our life as a Project Manager easier. After all, there’s several other pitfalls in and around the project life cycle without having to add a poorly prepared schedule too. So, what can we do to ensure our schedule becomes a useful project management tool? One answer is to apply various techniques to gauge the quality of our schedule thereby providing us with a reliable means to manage the daily project activities and predict tomorrow’s outcome.
We will have dinner served Ala Carte instead of buffet style and the attendees will be responsible for buying their own meal and beverages from the menu below.
When you check in you will order from the menu below. To serve everyone in a timely and accurate manner, we ask that no substitutions be made. We will have a sign-in sheet where you will put your name and then check the dinner that you would like. In addition to your meal, you are also responsible for your own beverage.

A marinated flank steak grilled to medium and served over mashed potatoes with sautéed mushrooms and onions in a brie-sherry cream sauce with a side of asparagus. - Shrimp Diablo $ 13.95
Shrimp sautéed with garlic and tossed with a sweet & spicy marinara and angel hair pasta. - Chicken Alfredo $ 12.95
A grilled chicken breast tossed with homemade alfredo sauce and penne pasta. - Perfect Chicken Tender Salad $ 10.95
Breaded chicken tenders, diced egg, fresh bacon, tomato, cucumber, red onion, shredded Jack & cheddar cheeses, and croutons over mixed greens with honey mustard dressing. - Chicken Caesar Salad $ 8.95
Full size Caesar salad topped with grilled chicken. - Bacon Cheeseburger $ 8.25
Bacon, American cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, and mayo.
About the Speaker
Vic Altieri, PgMP
Vic Altieri, PgMP is a certified Program Management Professional (PgMP) and is a Senior Program Manager at Northrop Grumman.
Vic is also the Business Conduct Officer for the Charlottesville facility. As BCO, he is responsible for administering the Northrop Grumman Ethics & Business Conduct Program.
