PMPs know about PMI’s credentialing work – but many of us limit our experience with PMI to the certification registry. PMI’s goal is to serve practitioners and organizations with standards that describe good practices, globally recognized credentials that certify project management expertise, and resources for professional development, networking and community. Join us as Mr. Joe Houser describes current best practices in program and project management, including an update on what PMI is doing to improve Federal project management.
